South Africa-based Modena Design Centre has been named\u00a0the Top Service Delivery Partner in the EMEA emerging regions at the 2023 Autodesk Platinum Club Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. The event recognises Autodesk channel partners and their efforts to provide high quality service and support to Autodesk products.<\/p>\n
As an Autodesk Platinum Partner, Modena Design Centre is the only South African reseller\/partner to receive an award this year.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Top Service Delivery Partner\u00a0award for Platinum Club is given to the reseller with the highest number of\u00a0Autodesk approved Accelerators\u00a0delivered by trained staff with the\u00a0best-weighted average CSAT score.\u00a0Steps for award eligibility include complete accelerator training; deliver accelerator to customer and log delivery in Partner Success Hub; and receive a CSAT score from the customer.<\/p>\n
Modena is the only Autodesk Platinum Partner in Africa. Its Platinum Partner status indicates a significant investment in consulting and development services as well as having demonstrated an ability to deliver the highest level of solution expertise, service, support, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
